MEET LAUREN

I’m Lauren, a British mum travelling the world full time with my husband and our two boys. In January 2024 we left our life in Suffolk after years of feeling unsettled. We’d backpacked before and knew how much we loved travelling, so we pulled the boys out of school and nursery and set off.

We travel slowly. We’d rather stay somewhere long enough to find a routine, get to know a neighbourhood and make friends than rush between highlights. It’s a gentler way to see the world, and it makes a new place start to feel like home.

I share the real version of this life: the lovely days, the ordinary ones, and the moments that didn’t go to plan. Think of me as a friend on the other end of a video call, telling you how our week went.
